you have probably already figured out that it helps to hold the 'spoon between the thumb and middle finger when actuating buttons. however i found a trick on my special edition 'spoon: to press both buttons at once, you can simply press between the two buttons, it will actuate both at once. i have found that using two fingers to do this often activates my voice dial, as though only one was being depressed. probably because of the slight delay between one and then the other being depressed. mashing between them works well with the special edition, but i dont know if it will work with the standard edition...
