I just bought my Sony Ericcson T68i phone. How do I get the Ringtones or Logo's from the website to the phone. IS there a way to get them from here to there without having to use the web service on my phone?

you can achieve this two ways:
1 - web (WAP)
2 - data transfer (IR, bluetooth, datacable)
if u dont wanna use the WAP (which is pretty damn cheap) then buy an IR cable for your computer, and transfer data that way, or get a data table, it's pretty self explanatory and i'm sure this has been discussed before

Or you can get someone to send you a ringtone, which will most likely cost them about 3 sms's or an mms

I have a laptop with IR on it. and the Ericcson T68i has Infared on the side of it. Where do I go to download the tones, and logo's so I can transfer them IR to the phone?

I found different sites on the board, but they all seem to be UK. or somewhere else. I am looking for a site in the US possibly, where I can go to download the ringtone to my laptop. Then Via IR from my laptop shoot it over to my Sony Ericcson T68i phone and use the Ringtones or Logo's.
I am a new user, I should probably be posting this in the newbie forum, sorry. I love this board and I have only been on here for a day or so.

The location of the site shouldn't matter. Try http://www.erik-e.com/wap with your WEBBROWSER (ie. Internet Explorer / Netscape / Opera). Only screensavers and ringtones are functional.
