Can we use proxy address as access point. I heard someone say that we can use it. Please help.

to connect to the web you need to have a (secure) connection
usualy you connect using vodafone/o2 etc.
they have systems setup to provide you the connection.
but you'll go through their servers (so they can shape and monitor your traffic)
if you like to connect through a proxy server for some reason, you must go through your providers servers.
and they don't like that.
they don't like it for you to use a difference server / connection.

in my opinion you got 2 options;
1 use a dail-up connection to any proxyserver .... very very very very very very very slow but possible

2 find a undipendend provider ... maybe a bad example; jamba
they have their own servers/connection (very expensive) but thay way you go around vodafone/o2's servers.
