What's the "flashest" car available?

Ok basically my sister is getting married, and my present to her shall be her wedding car.

And I kinda want to go all out and get the most impressive car out there...

It's just to rent for the day or weekend so cash isn't a problem, but my limit would be about £3,000.

At the moment i've looked at a RR Phantom, Bently Azure, and Mercedez Maybach... All chaffeur driven.

Or... I was thinking, rather than a chaffeur driven car, I could make a big enterance for her and drop her off in a Ferrari F430 or Lamborghini Murcielago... And then use a new E-Class as the main wedding car. This way I get to drive the car too!

Any suggestions would be greatly appricated

the last idea i like best.. dropp her of in a fancy car.. Maybee you could rent a Koenigsegg CC..

@kk - How about a chopper If your budget will fit . . . . it will just be a rent for a day.

I also looked at a helicopter, but as it's an Indian wedding having a car would mean the dhol players (Indian drummers) can play infront of the car as it enters.

I'm looking for something my sister would recognise, Lambo's etc. she can, but a Koenigsegg I doubt she would, but I love the doors on those!

The phantom says ' you will look at me even if you hate me'. It's THE car out of all of the mentioned.

Dude as I am sure you would enjoy the idea of driving her in a supercar to her wedding, you should really consider her too. Supercars however "flashy" they may be they are by far not comfortable. Remember it would be rather awkward if she could not fit all of her dress in a supercar.

If you want to make a grand appearance take the RR Phantom, or try searching for a stretched limo based on an H2 or perhaps on the new mini if they have one.
Alternatively a horse pulled cardige might be cool too.

*Just a rule on the stretched limos, the fewer the people the grander will be the exit from the car.

The Convertible Bentley will be the best IMO.

get a big audi...something like and rs6. in black...

Posted by The Lostprophet
horse and cart all the way. have 2 really nice white horses and a nice open top carrage...as long as its not raining, that would be perfect...

if thats to much

high a nice high spec black limo and only have a few people in it. will look the nuts. dont go down the supercar route. as u would only be picking that so u could drive it. think how hard it will be to get out of one of them in a wedding dress? bloody hard!

I like the horse and cart idea myself, very practicle and elegant!

What you need is a good old classic like an Rolls Royce Phantom I

strech HUMMER is the best....
as you said its a wedding...with that gown etc.i guess she would not be comfortable in a super car!

Thanks for the help guys...

Just a few points:

1) I reallly am doing this for her benefit and not mine in regards to the supercar, i've driven one before and the amount of worrying you do is a lot more hassel than it's worth...

2) In regards to the horse and carrige idea, I wouldn't mind but there will be a LOT of noise when she enters, could this spook the horses?

3) As for the Audi RS6, nice car... but not so much a wedding car. Most of the family/guests have very decent cars, it really wouldn't look that impressive against them.

4) Her dress... she'll be wearing a saree, so it won't take up much space at all, it stops at her feet so there's no big trail and it's not that "puffy"

Fiiiiiiinally the old Rolls Royce, that's a nice idea, but I don't think she'd like it. She'll appriciate the newer cars a lot more, she's not that big a fan of classic cars.

I apriciate the help a lot, let me know

No women never are

I guess your best bet would be one of the new bentleys or rolls then unless shes after something a little different. How about ford capri or mk 1 fiesta

A mk 2 escort mexico! That's what you want.

As for flashy you aint gonna get much flashier than a RR phantom.

Mercedes SLR? Thats pretty flashy...

A Lambo Murcielago would suit the the day well tbh, its instantly recognisable and is just an all round poser car

try giving jeremy clarkson a ring and get a lend of that limo he made. lol

What about a jax xj220?

They are well rare but dead flashy?

Hi KK 26,

Personally i think the Super car idea is bad one as i assume as it's a wedding you will be drinking, Drinking and driving is a bad mix you spill too much. For presence and style i think the Maybach is most probably the rarest of the Super Luxury Models and a Chauffeur to do the driving is always handy on these type of occasions.

the thing about the mayback is its so understated its unreal.

it doesnt scream im silly rich, it just screams look im in a tank.

i think you really need a sports car to look flashy.

but hey who i am to say?

on the horse and kart thing, the horses are trained not to get spooked by loud noises. i think its something u should really look into.
