You'll need a GPS reciever, then you can use Wayfinder or Nav4all for satnav.

TomTom can only be used on smartphones, with a Windows Mobile or Symbian OS, which your W850 isn't.
You'll only be able to use a Java-based solution, as I posted earlier, Wayfinder, Nav4all and a few others.
In my country, Nav4all is free atm, don't know how this is in the UK.
Use of GPRS will be charged anyway.
