need help inputing notes in t68i phone.

hi,

I just bought a t68i phone and is trying to enter the below notes into my t68i composer. I got this notes on the web of a chinese song but so far, I don't know how to do it. I have no idea how to get it to sound correctly, where it will actually sound like the song I want. If someone can help me, it'll be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance for any help.
