at&t and hs/csd... wireless internet through gsm data

anybody know if AT&T has HS/CSD (circuit switch data) available on their network? or has anybody gotten wireless internet through their T68i by NOT using GPRS?

same question. I wanna connect my iPaq 3970 to the Net but not use AT&T's mMode... $$$!
Instead i want to use a dialup ISP
