guys can you help me please, im a smart subscriber, k800i phone , it was okay before but then suddenly my prepaid load's lost after accessing internet even for 5 minutes. thanks in advance, im a filipino

Hey buddy, accessing internet is not charged per minute but per byte downloaded AFAIK. You should check with smart website the tarriff. www.smart.com.ph

Depends. WAP is per minute, GPRS is per megabyte. Either way it's expensive. Check with your provider.

ummm, according to smart, access to internet costs only 10 pesos for 30 minutes, i was just browsing and not downloading anything, and before that happened , i was already surfing the net for about 6 months now, the problem just started weeks ago, and i called smart ,they said my case is under investigation still, i dont think it's a virus thing too coz the posts here said it's rare for a k800i to catch one, i tried master reset, same still

thats a usual thing in smart due to some glitches in their system at times. sometimes you can text without load anymore and access gprs and even unlimited call from midnight. then when you reload credits to your handyphone you'll be surpise its gone. its like a late bill you have to pay.

guys do you have any tips? i cant surf the net anymore via k800i, i tried changing my sim card too, it's the same, i wonder what's wrong with my phone, any smart- filipino users help needed. salamat
