I've also tried toshara v1.2 on my k750i and true this is louder, but that's it, hissing is there, nothing else improved.. Plus.. the megabass it doesn't exist on speaker..

@dubhagat: I tried your w700 original drivers on my w800. I just overwrited the existing w800 accoustic files with your w700 ones. Man the sound is EXCELLENT. I like it

Do you think all these hacks can be applied to w880?
And if yes where do i start from?
My concern is the earspeaker of 880 that has only high frequencies and the sound is tiny!

I don't know if the acoustic drivers are the same ones with the w880. But after all I think it wont work, because the w880 has different hw, and etc... As I tried the original W900 acoustic drivers on my W800, and I got phone without sound

no.. w880 h/w is diff and... its acoustic extension is .zapf
it works if u change extension
but u only here stereo music without bass...

it was posted here in the second page of this thread. It is louder than the original w800 one and also has great sound (in my opinion). Actually this pack of acoustics have balance between loudness/quality and the headset sound is also GREAT. Try it!

Use this guide to access your phone filsystem:

and then copy the files you downloaded from the link in:
ifs\settings\acoustic
Previsously copy your old files (make backup) in case you don't like the new ones. Then delete them from the phone and copy the new drivers you downloaded.

W800 drivers are loaded with FAR manager much easily (in my opinion) than the way of loading drivers to K800. As you cannot open K800 with FAR you have to use other programs to break into the phone filesystem. The folder structure is similar "/ifs/settings/acoustic" or "ifs/settings/camera".

3.Copy my Acoustic folder into your phone.
4.Use manual EQ .

@whatsucka: If there are more files in your phone than the new acoustic pack, then copy the files from your phone to the pc in some folder. Then owerwrite all the files with the new acoustic pack ones. You will get the same amount of files, and be sure that there is no loss in anything. So just owerwrite the old ones with the new, and then load them with FAR in your phone.

omg!! ur driver is loud...very loud but when i put up to 7 bars da speaker start cracking. when using HPM-70 i put on 8 bars is loud like a speaker. dis driver is very good for earfones, on speaker is killing the quality
i wonder is it possible to use w600 driver?? cuz w600 is loud n clear

These are not patches. The acoustic files are only drivers that control the sound quality/loudness of the phone. So in my opinion the safest way is to upload them using FAR manager, and the easier too when it comes to managing the folder structure of the phone filesystem. So use FAR manager to get into your phone filesystem, go to: "FS/ifs/settings/acoustic". Delete the existing files (make backup first) and copy the new ones. Shutdown the CSFS loader and enjoy your phone. I don't see it complicated. Just read yourself a good picture tutorial and you will find it much easier.

W600 is CID49 and cannot be opened with FAR like that. You need to use the CID49 plugin and the phone xs++ loader to get into it's filesystem, or another 3rd party software to have a copy of your drivers.
