Theme Creator v3.08? - Esato archive

the sony ericsson website currently allows us to download v3.06 of the Themes Creator but if you download the Developers Guidelines posted there recently, they state that the newer version is v3.08. the guidelines also outline a couple of new features. so does anyone have any idea when they are gonna release it?

It should be released soon.

They normally release it just before new phone launches.
