i never used im... donnow much about these soluions, but i would prefer google talk, if it is...
can u explain me that im thingy?

Well google talk app is for pcs. u cant install it on a symbian phone. there are other applications that can help you login to google talk. one is agile 9this is good) and the other is IM plus voice.
Check www.agilemobile.com it has a one week trial i guess...
for im plus, check http://shapeservices.de

i was reading about voip fones somwhere, but it would be great, if those features would be supported by fones. according the speed, edge would be also enough, right?

Most apps for VOIP on nokia symbian phones are rather useless at the momment. The vast majority of them require you to register with their service i.e. Soonr service. Then as a feature they allow the user to use internet telephony.
BUT BE AWARE: Majority of the services use a call back feature. Thus the user on the mobile is charged for his connection to his account and the connection to the called party. Therefore making it more expensive in most cases then a regular gsm based phone call.
BobaFett please take care when trying these services out, as your skypeout credit might get mutillated after a local call.
