I've just downloaded Themes Creator v3.06 from SE. It installed fine but when I go to run it it comes up with the "encountered a problem and needs to shut down" dialog asking whether I want to send the error report or not.
The first time I ran the program it asked what phone I had so I chose w850, then a small status bar clocked up and gave me the error after it got to 100%.
Each time I run the program I now get a small box with the status bar which says "Initializing w850 previews" and I get the error when the bar fills.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, restarting, the usual stuff and cannot get it to work. Has anyone else had this problem? I am going to try it on a different PC to see if I get the same result.

runs fine on my XP machine SP2.
Try uninstalling it and download again, maybe it was corrupted.

Already tried all that. I've given up and am using mTC instead. I think I'll try it on another PC.
