This is where my Norton Spam filter comes into play. Only ever get the odd spam e-mail making its way into my inbox.

I set up a rule - move everything to a spam folder that is from any email address other than the addresses I specify. Then everytime I get email from a new address that is legitimate, I make sure I add it to the rule. I now get very few new addresses that aren't spam (made up addresses from spammers).

I use other rules with higher priority for removing obvious spam. So NO spam at all goes into my inbox, and only an occasional legitimate email goes to my spam folder.
