Lets hear it then, what Phones have you regretted buying and now wish you really hadn't.

I've personally had a few over the years, mostly Nokia's,Siemens and a couple of other brands which i don't care to remember.

Hi axxxr

My SE M600i really was a big disappointment and possibly my last ever SE smart phone.

1st worst phone i have bought is the Nokia N80. Had it for 2 months and swapped it for a brand new K800i (my spare 2nd one). (never looked back)

Other worst phone was a Motorola P7389, I hated it in every respect.

The only best thing that i could find with the phone, is that it was tri band for the usa when it was the only one out there.

Other than that it was terrible in everything.

i sold the phone when i got back from the usa. Got £30 for it, to be honest i would have given it away free lol

Oh and there was one more phone that was worst than both of them put together. The Motorola C520. It was the first phone my mum had. God it was Crap lol

When you tried to send a sms you had to remember the phone no of the person as it wouldnt go to the phone book to search for a number.

@axxxr
What was your worst one?

I can tell you the best thing SE ever made, was the Remote car. God i luv it, just wish i kept one of my old phones so i could charge it lol.

SE if you listening, we need a new one that works with the fast port (God the hours me and my mates have raced with the cars after coming home from the pub, Oh what fun )

My Motorola C115 is just terrible. I wish I'd given up another couple of pounds and gotten a Nokia 1100. The thing doesn't even have good signal strength and it has problems switching between bands. Just terrible. And I actually paid 8.50 for it.

Like i mentioned in my first post that i've had a few over the years,i can't specifically put my finger on one model.

But if i had to really think about it i would say my worst ever phone would had to have been the Siemens S55,it have gave me endless problems from day one, after having gone through 5 replacements over a period of 1 month i finally have up and got rid of it.

Can't really think of any! Only the 5140, hated the navi pad on it.

Posted by scottt
I'm having a tough time trying to think aswell, i have had so bloody many but always find i like a phone for one reason or another, i suppose the N80 was a dissapointment, its cam is crap (no AF) and its build quality very shoddy....

Another one actually was the V3iM i had, just hated it.....

Posted by Burgaz
hmmm.. First has to be the Moto StarTAC... Bloody horrible little phone! Took it back within 3days and got a nk502

Then years later...

Moto V3 Razr.... Why the hell has it only got 4MB of memory in this day and age?? Seemed like a good idea at the time tho, think it was the shiney box that attracted me

Then the nokia 3230... I think the orange branding made me hate this even more tho

And most recently (because i fancied a change) my Samsung D900! Never ever will i try another samsung! NEVER!!!

Sorry but i couldn't make my mind up between them... Even tho the StarTAC was the only one i actually returned to the shop for being poop!

Posted by Ridahz
Samsung I300. 20 minute battery life! it was a nightmare! horrible. i loved the v3. got it when it came out was just a flex tho.

Posted by dayz
sonyericsson k800

argh.. i dont know what to say. anyway that is one of the phone that i'm disappointed

Posted by andre_cool
the nokia n73 waaaa......i really hate it..its so damn slow....i hate the video during nightmode it looks like a saturated film

Posted by supers33d
I bought a W800i the first day it was released in the shops. I was dissapointed with the W800i when I tried out the MP3 player and it started to distort on the 7th and 8th volume bar. It had many good features though which i was happy about 512mb 2mp cam etc....

So I went for a K750i and with standard earphones and full volume Megabass rocked and there was no going back, was in the firmware i suppose and could have been changed.

Posted by pmerryman
Samsung e900

I was sold on the thought of touch keys, how wrong. The keys must be the most sensitive, as you only have to hover near them, and thats it, back to a different menu.

After the the d500, this is one crap phone.

Posted by jack_the_lad
My worst ever was Motorola Flare. It just kept turning it off by itself.

Thank god those day are ended!!!

Posted by ashyak36
my w950i is the worst investment ever. the volume and some other charecteristics just make it rubish

Posted by Mano Khan
Mines w810i(the Worst One) and i wish to buy a w900

Posted by leeboy13
has to be a NEC 808 for me....

got it on the network when they came out a few years back..... had a qwerty keyboard and video calling (one of the first ones) but still - the thing was huge and damn slow...... still got it actually somewhere lol......

Posted by BobaFett
there are some, mainly when i gave a try for samsung or moto

Posted by masseur
I wish I never bought an 8800, or a second one... and now a 3rd one!

first two wasted so much of my money but at least the 3rd was alot more reasonable, though I expect that will be out the door soon as I'm already bored with it again!

will I learn this time!?

Posted by Idea
My worst mobile investment had to be the Nokia 5110. I got one when it was still fresh on the market and I was not yet quite aware of phones as more then just calling devices. I was all glad and a happy little kid till a few days after i saw the 6110 with its gleaming IR port...

Took me 3 months of saving up to get that 6110 and to be able to play that two player snake. Damn those three months I hated that 5110.

Would have to be the Se J100, battery life was 2 days behind the equivalent Nokia and can only store 20 text messages, even with a 3G sim. Buttons were also to close together.

Also the SE S700, cost me a fortune, Bit big and bulky, hated the swivel, but the screen was just soooo nice.

Posted by mikespal
I know my mates say "don't knock a Nokia" but the 4 that i have owned turned out to be rubish. From there it was on to samsungs. Then bliss!I have an SE and (to date) no problems

Posted by Tiny
hmm, well its torn between a samsung d500 and a nokia 6230i
both a waste of my money in many respects

Posted by Aivar
I don't have such kind phone

Posted by Sammy_boy
I have to say the phone I wish I hadn't had was an Ericsson T10s. Got it with when T-Mobile were One 2 One and had a contract deal where you got some free minutes and paid the line rental up front. It came with this Ericcson, and it was awful! Keypad needed firm presses to work, battery was loose and and sharp jolt and the phone would turn itself off, had to buy another batt as it didn't last that long anyway! Looked nice though.

The other phone I wish I didn't get was a Nokia 3200. When I first took out my O2 contract, I had the choice of either an T610 or that Nokia. For some baffling reason I chose the 3200! Camera on it was worse, connectivity was laughable (No Bluetooth, crippled IR that would communicate with the PC or any non-Nokia phone), rubbish 4,096 colour screen and fiddly buttons. Think I was tempted by gimmicks like it's FM radio, quirky looks and the little flashlight thingy! This was before I discovered Esato...

Posted by Sony Ericsson Indonesia
mine would have to be the Motorola Krazr, Razr, and this other motorola... along with the nokia 3650 (the one with the round keypad)

Posted by DragonEye

the w850i was a horrid pick as well

from nokia

I thought my D600 was truly awful. Samsung software sucks bigtime!

Posted by lamont
@ masseur - i know how you feel. im only on my 2nd 8800 though. its crap but i love it anyway for some reason. like you in looking to sell this one at the right price. but think a sirocco may be on the cards.

i wish i never bought a m600i, was crap. im also wondering whetehr my p990i was a bad idea.

Posted by mobilemodman
woah, a lot of hate in this forum, anyway heres mine:

moto v360 < absolutely rubbish software

SE z530 < They are selling it with headphones but it comes with no data cable, no memory card, doesnt even have radio for god's sake!, what a waste!

SE W900< it sounded good until the week after i bought it, spent so much money but the thing is too slow, too bulky and keeps rebooting for no reason, and worst of all the thing randomly died 3 times, which i had to reflash the FW 3 times as well, however the 3rd time it remained dead, a total waste of money, honestly you can buy a smart phone with the same amount of cash!

W810 < its supposed to be a music phone, but it honestly sounds crap, however after many months living with the rubbish sound quality, i managed to software mod it, now im satisfied with it

Posted by govigov
mine has got to be the samsung d410, what a pathetic phone. the phone is made for dumb heads, who doesnt know left from the right, at first i thought th animation was nice, but after getting to use the phone, i hated it because you have to wait for the animation to stop in order to eneter the next key, the keypad sucked big time, and it had a horrendous antennae that stuck out

Posted by joebmc
Moto V3. Pile of turd!

Posted by maggflodd
Motorola e770i!!! Like a f*cking toy. There's so much free space inside - you could hide another phone in there. Nokia 6680 - awfully slow, though poss'bly voda's fault! And: every SE-phone in last 12 months, even those I didn't buy. i'm only (half-)
joking: but I guess it's sony's influence that the moment a great new handset hits the market, they start hyping a follow up, that promises to deliver what this one should've delivered in the first place, and so on and so forth... I know they all do it, but SE take the bicuit - combine that with const'ly new/different memory sticks, a crappy web-site, rediculous wap-site, careless support, bad PC-suite,... Hahaaa... Like the phones though. But won't buy one again!

Posted by bart
ones bought the LG proche design phone, after 2days it was gone.

In the voice of comic shop guy from The Simpsons:

"Worst phone ever!"

Most of the phone mentioned are old. You`re only saying they`re crap cause what you got now is so much better. What would you say if the phones had`nt advanced as they have done?

Posted by The Lostprophet
3650 was a pile of crap from day one.

think its the only phone ive REALLY hated, everything else ive brought because i liked it.

Posted by Residentevil
The Samsung SGH-I300. It was the first "all in one" PDA phone based on the Palm platform. The screen just kept discolouring. The second one, replacement, did the same thing. I just threw it in the trash and bought myself a shiny new P900

For me was N70 it was a horrible phone very slow software and the photos which i clicked used to take ages to open

You're totally right! SE should make another gadget for our new fast port phones. Another small car would be great, but i'm sure they could come up with something even more fun.

By the way, if someone could help me find another CAR-100, it would be so great. I don't have one anymore ...
