hi, well im not sure if its since i've debranded the phone or not but i recently checked the phones imei and it is the same as on the box and under battery except on the phone it has -20 on the end

Don't worry, we have this on all our SE Phones, important is, that the first 15 digits are the same, this is the IMEI-number, but on the phone are two more digits, then on the box, i.e. -20, -12 etc.
