Just acquired the K800i. Problem is when i try to access a contact by inputting the first letters of the contact i want, it does not go the the specific contact, but to the first name on every letter i press. I have checked with other users of the phone, but they do not have the same problem. Can anybody help, please?

Later versions of the firmware lets you search contacts properly. Try the online update service. It is available on the se website under the support pages.
