w900i maybe dead. help me (

Ok so i'm at work and they have the computer locked to not install drivers or any software. I decide to plug the w900 cuz i just wanted to transfer some mp3s to listen to. I do that just fine. I stop the drives unplug it and phone craps out. When it restarts my menu is gone and never loads. If i get a call i do get the Answer or Busy text on the bottom and can talk on the phone, but other then that the phone can't do anything else. If u do plug the usb back in it shows the folders but all my stuff has been wiped out.

So my guess is that some how my internal mem got corrupted. Hmm... I was thinking maybe updating through sony's site might fix my problem, but i think my C button is dead from the corruption too and the update software says to hold C when u plug the usb cable to flash. So any other way to get in flash mode or ideas?
