I recently purchased a K800. I have tried to connect it to my PC using the USB cable but it doesnt appear to want to work so i cant transfer files.

Ive gone through the cd and uploaded everything but it just wont work.

I had a W810 before this and that was so simple just plugged it in and it all came up, why wont it do that with this one?
