Comparing with Motorola HT-820

I have both dsc970 and ht820 for my SE W950i,Sound quality is excellant in both headsets,When I checked similar songs in both ,Motorola HT 820 scores slightly better performance.
Only problem with MOtorola ht 820 is battery life where SE scores over.
