Hi, i got a samsung 2040 bluetooth photo printer for xmas, when i put in the bluetooth dongle i can find the printer with my w850i but when i try to send photo to printer , the dongle flashes a few times then it says on my phone connection failed. I tried with my girlfriends nokia 6111 and my mums w900i and they both work but my dads k800i also doesent work , any ideas?

First I would shut the phone off take batt out then reinstall and reboot. Then turn on BT and try again.
Add device to your phone. Settings/connectivity/BT/MyDevices/New device.

Also make sure to allow connection.
Settings/connectivity/BT/MyDevices. Then select a device from the list. More to view a list of options.

Alternatively dump your cell and use your gf's nokia 6111 or your mom's w900i :D

lol, my bluetooth works fine with everything else, and its weird how its only the w850i and k800i that dont work, i would imagine they would have the same bluetooth installed. I can pair with the printer fine and i set up to always allow conection so its a bit of a mistery.

Try to upgrade to latest firmware for K800i (R1GB). Someone said it fix bluetooth problem with his PV-705 headset.

i got in touch with se and they said i should update my phone software, so i will try that, my g/f's z610i is also exactly the same as my w850i and dads k800i so there must be i minor problem with all new se handsets. The printer is the only thing i have had a problem with stho , i can send pics to mates on their phones and connect fine to my hcb 300 bluetooth car kit too.
