Yep confirm. I think this is what some ppl said as binary text menu error (I think it may be a code that SE use to map each menu with multi language text in the database/like a primary key coding). I have R1ED and it appear occasionally. Some ppl said it because of older EROM (mine is R3A011).

erm that is wat appear in my phone. but is there anyway of solving it? it is a software bug? mine is R1ED001.

I think we need to wait for new firmware release by SE to fix this. What is your EROM (different than firmware) version? My firmware also R1ED001 but my EROM is older R3A011 (some said newer is R3A016).

Well, I think it is a known bug as well. But you only got 24hr to play and not likely to find a bug in such a short time. I hope R3A016 fixes that occasional binary text menu bug.

yes i am kinda worry with all those dead k800 post ......apparently the vendor told me to remember to wait awhile when switching off or on the phone before unplugging the charger or wot wait awhile after shutdown to remove sim - according to him this is the main cos of wsod.

Do >*<<*<* go to service info then software info. The EROM would be the second one!

Darn, I think R3A016 solved it. I guess we have to wait for new firmware. Anyway my wife Z610i with R1ED001 and R3A016 EROM also experience it as well.

You should bring your phone to SE service centre for full reflash of firmware. Something (firmware/erom) must be corrupt and the problem may worsen until the phone eventually dead and beyond repair (economically). That is what SE ppl tell me.
