wap and email via HSCSD?

My GPRS bill this month was Ł30 (out of a Ł238 bill!) and I'm trying to save myself some money. My tariff includes loads of voice and data minutes so I thought I could use them up for my emails.

Anyone know how to setup WAP and Email so I can use HSCSD?
