@boba - I just tested my friend's QD way back, I don't know what's the difference
One of the advantages though is the . . . size, the original one is kinda bulky, while the QD is small and compact.

Yes this is the biggest difference between a psp and a n-gage that the later is not just a game console ,rather it is also a phone.It can be very much used to make phone calls.Receive phone calls.Use internet.Use a wide range of netwarer(because its s60)...& much more.So you see,you cant just compare the two.And i think that its not a bad item(at least he its not a flop) for me.Because no other phone can give you such type of game features!!!

@boba that funny way of talking was with n-gage(older),it got more stylish and usual with n-gage qd. @harry i think the os of n-gage neo will be similar to its earlier siquels,coz its important to maintain the uniformity of siquels,or older games willnot work on new & vice-versa.ANOTHER NEWS--i heard that nokia is ending the n-gage tag of these games and the future games will be of general s60 type supporting N-series.Give some info if you have any ?

@ashish almost all games of ngage nd ngage qd wud work on 6600 nd 7610 nd other models havin s60 1st nd 2nd editions as for the 3rd version the games frm 2nd version wud be compatible on neo nd wud definately work on ne n series fone though som might get errors
i doubt of ngage games runnin on neo

i tested se games on s60 fones, almost every of them ran fine, on 6680 and n70 had no problem either

Both N-Gages were total flops, what would be the use for SE to copy this ?
In the Netherlands, Vodafone had to sell the N-Gage QD last year for 49,95 euro on PAYG, with a simcard with 15,- euro credit, to get rid of it.

Didn't Nokia announce that N-Gage as a phone model would be stopped and they would relaunch it as a game download service sometime in 2007-2008 because by then most of their high end mobiles would be able to handle the graphics.

by the way there is no dadicated gaming device comming from nokia in 2007 nor in 2008 probably read this:

Jaakko: At the moment we are not working on a dedicated gaming device but we have not ruled it our either. We see the current trend is towards multipurpose devices rather than single purpose devices.

Yeah,i agree, & i hv an info that nokia is coming wid a new set of games in middle this year,& shortly followed by others like gameloft & others.These games will no longer need 3d chip(so u see these are not n-gage specific)
