k800i gain table need more volume

hi all ive got myself a k800i i had a v3i before and it rang very very loud by adjusting the gain table .
can this be done with the k800i as when im at work i cant hear it already this week ive missed 2 calls!
where as with the v3i i never missed a call.
im using the same ringtones fron the v3i i.e uniphone a very loud ringtone on the v3i
can anyone help.
