Cant download from 3 site on unlocked k800i, help.

Ive got all the settings and everything set up on my k800i, but when i go onto the three page, and say I want to download something, it comes up with a message 'Selected file is not aloud to be downloaded', is there a solution to the problem, all other sites work perfect, and i can download stuff, and also send and recieve wap, its only with the 3 site im having problems.
