I just found that my driver doesn't have ENM and that is the reason why you get a lots of noise at night. If you want you can try this one. A4A-9.3: http://www.mediafire.com/?fmfyav0vzjy (reloaded) Nowadays I dont spend much time for modificating this drivers Moreover, I found that the slowier viewfinder is, the less noise you will have. A4A9.3 is for all fone. Have a nice day.

@Lpachoung
bro,
Your work is really amazing(9.3) and now we have noise free pictures...though is low light and shadow areas we have some sort of noise grains...but overall its a new twist to our 2 MP phones...the colour is natural...but i think the contrast ar exposure is a bit high...cause i get over exposure in some cases and in rare cases the camera crashes...like detailed scene with lot of trees and forest scenes...i am also sorry that iam unable to post any pictures as my pc is faulty...thank you brother for you great contribution.GOOD LUCK!

I not yet tested new Ipachuong A4A 9.3, but taked some shots using A4A 9.2 and is superb, now pics are sharpness at far objects.

does a new w810 has a old camera module like in cid36?

it is posiible to obtain 3 mp pics from k750 / w800 ? even interpolated..

i have a w810 cid50, i have my old k750 and i can change the module. you think boths are the same module o not?
i think they ared diferent, but i don't know...

if you ask me i'd say that you can open both phones and compare the two cams modules(and see the thread i linked above, then compare).

I not have conviction of which camera module is used for my phone and also ponder the possibility to possess oldest version, below, some of the best shots taked since my acquisition:

Same local after minutes
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
Other shots taked with Ipachuong's A4A and Raiderski camdrivers not included in this post but posted before.

To all respective modders.
Is it possible to renew MANUAL FOCUS PREVIEW not for all zoom set (1.1-4), but only for zoom set (3.0-4).
I belive MFP is useless and waist time for zoom 1.1-2.9 coz it is not macro range.
I've attempt to edit camdriver for it but in I2C command there is no comparison "if A>B then bla-bla-bla", only "if A=B then bla-bla-bla"...
THX
BTW 21.92 IMHO is best for fast and incredible shooting-

micro+night+normal
micro+night+fine
normal mode
fine mode

Change your glasses or monitor. It is clear that Fine mode gives less noise than in Normal mode in A4A - 9.3. It also takes awsome pictures for outdoor scences. I have no problem with A4A - 9.99/10

Guess people have become too busy to acknowledge posts anymore... I'm done with the whole cam driver thing. Been using one driver for ages now and it has really served me well. I guess if ya go away for a few months then ur out... Even a guy like SPU whos done amazing things wrt camdriver modding was not even acknowledged when he returned after many months and posted a java exif viewer several weeks ago. I won't be posting here anymore so happy modding.
Big thanks to raider for his awesome work here and to guys like Lpachong, SPU, krio, cheng and sarmad who have all done great things. Sorry if i missed anyone out but it's prob cuz i don't know you.

On Ridersky driver Fine and Normal only affect compression (85%/90%). You can enable Enhanced mode by changing EV +0.7/Zoom 1.1
On A4A Fine mode enables Enhanced mode. You can make Ridersky driver work this way (i.e., enable enhanced mode using Normal/Fine selection) bny using the supplied config tool.

Some pics taked with K750i CID49 (R1BC002) and Raiderski 6.6 camdriver modified using Config Tool (Sharpness increase of 0 to 6).
(All shots with focus to infinity and EM)
Raiderski 6.6
Raiderski 6.6
Raiderski 6.6
Raiderski 6.6
For comparison, photos taked with Chengrong's 8.54 (sharpness unknown)
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
Chengrong's 8.54 camdriver
This is my final test about sharpness and my quest is:
In others K750i CID49 using sharpness 6 the result is similar?

lpachuong: lpachuong, your new 9.3's compression is not the same as 9.2 compression on w810i. Can you put the old code of the compression for w810i so that it can take the best quality of high compression? Anyways, your 9.3 is brilliant. I can see less noise and the sharpness is improved significantly. Moreover, congratulation for your 500+ post

i did not have time to read all of the last pages...so
what i understand is that in low light conditions if you have shrpness set to 0 the picture will be better...correct me if i'm wrong...
well... my question is :
can we put a function in drivers so we could alterate the sharpness depending on the light conditions???????
i don't know if this was asked before... so i'm sorry if i bugged you all...
thx !!!
Posted by chiliseo
as far as i know, in low light conditions if you set sharpness to 0 you will get a little blured picture... but then you can apply a noise reduction and sharpen metod and you will get a better picture compared to sharpness 5 or 6
you can do a profile on A4A driver for low light conditions and include CMD(56,00), and then switch back to CMD(56,06) for all others profiles.
Posted by whatsucka
oo...MXE-60 too bad i dont have dat

hey, where can i download the raider's 6.6 cam driver?? i try the mirror listed before, but theres nothing there..

Just to add, this happpens because when you sharpen the image with noise you also sharpen noise... So it becames more apparent, you get more artifacts and the noise gets hard to be removed. Noise removal programs (like neat image) also don`t sharpen what is identified as noise (so you don`t have to remove all noise and make the picture artificial to not sharpen noise.
you can do a profile on A4A driver for low light conditions and include CMD(56,00), and then switch back to CMD(56,06) for all others profiles.
This is a interesting idea. Could you give me more detail on how to do it?

I've tried almost every driver posted and the one for me is surely Raidersky's 6.6 one , but it's a little bit too complicate for me ... so could I ask for a little guide about it (with some pics to show the difference between the functions will be really a superb one ...) ?

Well... basically you have this code on every A4A driver:
SET_PROFILE=$b6 00 4 1 #CMD(04,00)
$c0 0a
$s0 0a #CC_GREEN
$s0 0a #CC_MAGENTA
$s0 0a #CC_BLUE
$s0 0a #CC_YELLOW
$s0 0a #CHANGE_ZOOM
$s0 0a #ISO
$s0 0a #CHANGE_FOCUS
$s0 0a #SET_EXPOSURE
$s0 0a #SPOT_ON
$s0 0a #SHUTTERSPEED
$s0 0a #SHUTTER_ISO
$s0 0a #SCENE
$s0 0a #SET_PROFILE
#CC_CID #INIT
$cl
$c0 0b
(PROFILE 1.1)
$cl
$c0 0c
(PROFILE 1.2)
$cl
$c0 0d
(PROFILE 1.3)
$cl
$c0 0e
(PROFILE 1.4)
$cl
$c0 0f
(PROFILE 1.5)
$cx $cx $cx $cx $cx $cx;
And then, the code for PROFILE 1.1 for sharpness 0 on low light conditions could be this single line:
#CMD(56,00)
If you want also to increase a little bit the exposure time on that profile you could add this line too:
#CMD(04,1B)
Then in PROFILE 1.2 you can add this lines to switch back to default values:
#CMD(56,06)
#CMD(04,00)
Anyway when you select de default profile (1.0) the driver switch back to all default values.
