Kriomag's v21.7 and Chenrong v8.54 tunned by Paparazi

Kriomag's (ENM + Macro Focus 1.1 Infinity + NightMode)

Paparazi's (ENM + Night Scene + Macro Focus 1.1 Infinity)

Kriomag's (LED + Manual Focus 4.0)

Paparazi's (LED + Manual Focus 4.0 + ENM(I Think))

- Every pic was made with color correction on!
From what I see Paparazi's Night Pic got better than Kriomag's even though Kriomag's camdriver takes longer to take night pics with ENM.
But on the other Hand Kriomags pics macro pics are either better or the same as paparazi's camdriver, the difference its in the colors.. I think Kriomag's Color Correction works better than the paparazi's one!

Well this was just a little test I made it for myself.. hope it helps for some ppl or even the modders themself's Tkz for both awsome camdriver's! They rule

I noticed in seq_init you have sharpness set to 4 .. but in seq_set_prop_a_1 it gets set to 5.. is this by design? I don't see why you set to 4 in seq_init and not at 5 since it will become 5 anyway..

thx!
its 'bug' i've forgot to change it... it was late yesterday and i was sleepy
Now link is updated with proper W810 driver peace!

Macro off / fine

Macro on, 1.0 / fine

Macro on, 1.0 / fine / EV -0.3

The shots taken from fixed position with timer. No shake.
I think this no focus problem, exposure time too long in indoor dylight.
At firs picture iso 125 shutter 1/30 and at EM ISO200 shutter 1/20 at same light condition.
At 3. picture i decrease the EV -0.3 and the picture good.
ISO100 sh: 1/40

Normal mode Vs Enhanced mode

Kriomag 21.6 - Autofocus, Normal mode (Macro off), 1/20 sec exposure time

Autofocus, Enhanced mode, 1/3 sec exposure time

Nice...

As Krio said before, enhance mode turned on when macro is on (thus too long exposer time even in day time). Why don't configure enhance mode to turn on only when macro+night(+led) on ? I really like super manual focus, it solved macro focus problem many times. But I think we do not need enhance mode with macro all the time

Hi. Could anyone tell me what is difference between EM and ENM? And wich one is better for day light?

Sarmad 's 5.03... I love this mod...:

Some of them are made after sunset.

The best driver I've ever seen for my phone at this moment...

P.S Thank you Kriomag, Sarmad, Kopritis, Chengrong and others for great hard work, the results are more than impressive!

I agree, EM and ENM looks quite similarly. Maybe, it's not bad idea to make version without EM when is macro on (to use sharp manual focus). Anyway, how was said higher, it would be good idea, to make EM "darker" (with closer times to make shot) and ENM leave as it is (EDIT-maybe even in ENM could be closer time...how was said, chengrogs one have closer time and almost same result...maybe longer times as no huge effect, maybe because hardware limitation?)

n0brega: I like night landscape compare of ENM, but on these photos, it's look like the same result and no differences between these drivers?

yea, agree with Mr.Kája. Sometimes EM is just too bright. Would be nice if the brightness be lessen a bit and leave ENM as it is. hehe

Posted by elevation1
@kriomag can you make ENM with macro+night on? thanks is better for me

Posted by Mr.Kája
@elevation1 -but Kriomag has ENM on macro+night ON. Maybe you mean, that you don't want EM on only macro on? You should better write it once again and more exactly:)

i used chengrong 87% jpeg level in 21.7, now im trying to solve autofocus problem :/ i think its better now but not as good as with normal driver :/ i dont know what is cousing this... maybe tomorrow i will release 21.7 be patient

PS. i also increased sharpness so it is as sharp as in 21.4 (so says AllanJacques after testing beta version of 21.7 )

Cool! I have a driver ready for download.. it's called 5.1 . which is using the 6.9 driver as the base, but now I'll wait for 21.7 to come out and use that instead

Hey 5.1 based on 6.9...

Did you tested

How good is compared to 21.4?

Where can I dowload 5.1 based on 6.9?

What abot 21.7...?

Did you test it... What do you feel...?

@Kriomag

In your driver v21.6 it's impossible to save pics in the phone memory. I tried it on my 2 phones (w810i and k750i) and both failed the task. Do you know about this?

In my case it works fine. k750@w800 R1BC002

21.7 running fine on my k750 thanks

Not had a chance to compare pics yet, it does seem to take pics faster with EM on now, and night mode screen refresh seems faster.

I have two photos with kopritis last driver. These were taken in normal macro mode with manual focus to infinite (1.1).

It was taken from car (if you can't see:)) in speed about 60km/h...quite sharp, isn't it?;)

Strange effect for me-even if focus is to infinite, further object are blurred.
EDIT:

and again from car, 70+km/h. Well I pushed shutter 1sex before a saw the tree in my screen, anyway, I just wanted to show, with normal mode and infinite focus, you can make sharp photos even with hard conditons (next to EM), so that what I wanted it from Kopritis-btw. thx:)

@Kriomag Those r some nice pic's in daylight... try to take some at night when its realy dark and using EM ofc! I'd like to ask you something... if its not hard could you take away EM from your v21.7 and put ENM from chengrong's v8.54 or the edited version of paparazi's that I think it takes faster pics than the original one in ENM!

Btw.. Love the zoom think on your driver.. it sure does rule great pics with it !

@Kriomag Why is quality at 87 and not 89? What happends if you put it to 100, would it be very volatile? Don't like the picture quality at your first 21.7 post.

Think im going to wait by upload a newer a driver until ver 22.00 is out

Yup. He's right. I've been using SuperManualFocus (SMF) a lot. Plz edit the driver so we would have no EM with macro.
Problem is, we have to find a key combination for EM...
Could use EM to be activated only when picture quality is @ "normal" mode; or nighmode @ +/-0.3EV
I liked the 21.4 driver a lot, and i was gone for 1 week, so couldn't read forum. If the 21.7 is the same as 21.4 (only fixed+ a little better) then it's great. I didn't test it yet, but i loved the 21.4 sharpness and colors A LOT!!

I was thinking the same thing, drop CC(which seems to be different for everyone)and replace fine/normal with EM on/off. Cos sometimes you just want a fast macro picture during the day.

Posted by norbi_nw
Yeah... And even if you manage to input EM to picture quality menu, make normal mode with EM and fine mode withouth EM (cuz even if both normal and fine have 87% compression, the number of shots that remain are different - for ex. lets say 30 in normal mode, but in fine mode only 23 left :/ ... both @ 87% comp.)
Thx again =))

Wow, good stuff here Kriomag... I just upped the camdriver to my K750i and it works absolutely great, especially the manual focus... just can't get enough of it.

One thing is, due to the manual focus abilities of this driver, the WB profiles are no longer selectable via. 1.1-1.7, are they? Or how else can I access these?

Posted by djrudra
is there a way to set the exposure settings??
and the shutter speed??? how to change ISO settings??

cheers

my driver is not 8.53/8.54 mod, its 7.7 Final (in fact not much of 7.7 final left lol) with EM/ENM and some other stuff from chengrong an me so there are no profiles.

Super Manual Focus and Auto focus have the same effect for camdriver,i think so.

The function of "Super Manual Focus ",it exists no Significance?hoho

how to get the "~8 sec "?do you have the ture exposure time to dispaly in the photo's exif?

Posted by Mr.Kája
@Kriomag yes, these are max times, but with good light, the difference is not so far...how I said, I can live with just ENM. EM still makes photos a big noisy...well, great function, when you can put is ON and OFF, but if you have to used with with manual focus without choice, that's not so good in every condition.

Sorry for stupid question, but how can i use the EM? What combination will give me this future?

Hello!

Can someone make a driver like kriomag's but bases on blksnaker's 9.0 with EM/ENM,CC,super manual focus and AE lock?

Thanks

Best camdriver, thanks

It becomes when we open LED the balance white it is placed automatically in the place of fluorescence and when we close the LED comes back in auto ?

For fast macro picture i use v21.7 for CID49-without EM

Yes it have warning... but if you want to stop warning you open the camdriver0.dat and delete the GET_SENSOR_VERSION
