Camera driver / higher volume earspeaker

I've seen there is a topic Hybrid camera driver and there are some 285 posts about changes to the original K750 camera driver.
But there are different kinds of changes and different release numbers.
Is there anyone who can give me the classiffication of the changes to the cam drivers. I want to install a new one but I do not have a clue about which one to choose.
There are also changes to the volume for the phone and other hacks.
Is there an overview for all of these changes so I can look there to see what's interesting for me.
