Problems running M3 encoder - Nero EULA

When I try to run the M3-0.8.8.1 video encoding app (from http://www.vapulus.com/w900i/), I get a messaging telling me I have to accept a Nero EULA to use an AAC encoder. Then I get a blank grey dialog titled "Nero AAC Codec EULA." I have to go into Task Manager and kill the M3 process to get rid of the dialog.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this? I am running Windows XP SP2. I have Nero 7 (with Nero Recode), is that causing a conflict?

Nero probably has some crappy copyright protection crap, your better off trying something like xilisoft converters (free trials)

Also have you tried using Nero Recode to encode your videos?

Hi LloydM,

Welcome to Esato forums!

***************************************************
Don't panic! Here's how to fix your problem

Download this file
http://www.nero.com/nerodigital/eng/down-ndaudio.php

once downloaded unzip so you have a NeroDigitalAudio folder,
open that folder and you will find a win32 folder inside

copy or move the 4 files inside there into the M3 'Bin' folder
********************
C:Program FilesM3Bin
********************
you're done!

M3 should now work and not ask for the nero download

PS: the latest version of M3 is here
http://www.vapulus.com/w900i/M3-0.8.8.4-Installer.exe
