i know se has a warranty but i might have voided it hahaa. neways anyone know a loop hole aorund this. i called and they said i would have to go through a process and they will only FIX it if its broken which its not.

sorry that this aint much help, but i'm in exactly the same predicament myself(but i'm in the uk)! I've been looking for oem housings to try it myself or i was wonderning if i could get it done at a service centre at a price!? Hopefully someone will reply cos i've posted a few threads now and havent had any useful replies!?

yah i would change it myself but i probably would end up breaking the phone due to stress, haha and i would have to make sure no dust or anything gets in.

but theres housing out there that are originally from the phone (new i guess?) but they took it off and are selling it. the only thing is it says vodafone or something

if you end up buying one and trying it lemme know how it turns out kay? heres the link to the housing

the better way is to buy the case and send it to a service center or to a place that works with SE phones... So u'd avoid damaging your mobile. jijijii

I looked into this once with my W800i. The repair centre quoted me £50 which included the new housing. It may be about the same price for all of the phones.

If you go to a authorised SE service centre, they will have oem housings, and will change it for you, but it would expensive i guess....
And i havent found any places which sell original se w900 housings....
