PC Suite problmz - Esato archive

I have two cellphones..

One is a SE W810i and the other one is Nokia 6610..

I have installed the latest Sony Ericsson PC Suite from SE website..

I also have latest version of Nokia PC suite..

Now the problem is that once i reboot my PC and start Nokia Pc Suite to connect my phon via infrared it gives me the following error message

" There is no available connection type and therefore connection to phone cannot be established. The wizard will now exit.. Failed to detect connection types! Please reinstall Nokia PC Suite.. "

I tried reinstalling it a couple of times but i still get the same error message.. Have any of you faced similar problem.. Is there a solution for this problem?
