W900 Data Comms Question

Just got a w900 that i'm using on orange with my non 3G sim...

i've just managed to set up my data accounts so i can get on wap but i have one question,

Under the prefered service option there are two choices
PS and CS
or
CS only...

Could someone out there please tell me the difference?
