Hi!!!!
I guess you already discussed this, and I'll appreciate any help.
Just bought the SE w800i and when I use the headphones, there are pops&clicks between audio tracks, and when turning on/off the radio mode.
I updated the firmware couple of days ago, but the problem remains....
is this normal? or should I return this brick back?

It's normal... I have the same clicks on my K750i/W800i...

the funny thing is, I wrote to SonyEricsson and they suggested to change the phone.
so, if this is normal, why don't they claim that instead of generate an RMA?

I never had a mp3 player that didnt do that sometimes. It has something to do with the way the mp3 files are encoded, I think...
SE doesn't has to know that... So they think it's a problem with their phone.

I think it is... may be a latency issue.
btw, it happens when you turn off/on the radio also....

I'd used the radio a few times, i din't notice that.
