Nokia sux, SE rules.
the matter is not that.
the matter is that when nokia sees that their N95 has some problems with the battery and the memory, they TRY to fix the problem, and THAT is valuable.
what i'm going to say is that the pace of progression of SE is less than nokia, and as the time passes, the gap becomes bigger and bigger.
these days with lot's of chinese phones with touchscreen, analog TV, 7 speakers(!!), 2 simcard holders, ....the competetion is really hard.
i hope SE will be able to catch up with the pace, something i really doubt....

oh, then P1i is just trash that has no improvements from older P990i and M600i ey? For what I remember, it fixes the same issues as your beloved N95. If you think Nokia does try to fix problems, then please tell them to fix the slide the 5300 then. Only 1 week and the slide is nearly broken. I still don't see improvements in that, and I haven't even talked about built conditions that never improves in Nokia's phone. N95 is not a god phone, because every time there's this kind of conversation, they always bring N95 up. Look lower, because that's where the competition is, not on top.
BACK TO THE TOPIC. Does anyone have info's on tomorrow's announcement? I just hope it doesn't come only 1 model T-T

Some pics and info on new SE phones in 2008 have leaked to the Internet from an insider source. According to the Mobile Close Up these are W970, K830 and K860.
Sony Ericsson W970 belongs to the Walkman music series. It is equipped with an iPod-like navigation wheel, a 5-megapixel camera and a storage card slot. It’s not said to have 8GB of memory onboard. Sony Ericsson K830 from the Cyber-shot series comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera, which is likely to shoot QVGA video. The device might replace the K810. As for the last handset, there are no details except for the picture.

there are also a couple of press conferences wrapping up as I am typing, on the local availability of K850 W910 K770, so i guess that's what the PR companies referred as "flagship-evel" devices, they are.... but not new. (i know, so stupid eh)
other trivial things that they would talk about include: details of the new Media Manager, thew new smart phonebook search function and the slideshow with music (with mood you can pick)

The European one is a press conference about UIQ. Could be that they're presenting a new version of UIQ. I know they've been working on UIQ 3.2 for some time.

I would really love to see that too, but since the sony cybershot lines already have TS as main control input( i remember the new T200 and the T50 cybershots ) i hope SE would produce a highend cybershot in UIQ TS version just like W960 in walkman
