the fact there is a bluetooth watch won't say there are no phones. I don't think they make a countdown page for only a watch. Maybe there is a page for sofia coming. I'm allmost sure sofia will be announced.

Maybe they will announce a Walkman watch which the flexible screen that surfaced the net few weeks ago.
I don't put much hope on the upcoming announcement, though. Unless Maria, Sofia and Shinobu will have UIQ 3.1 plus better hardware, I couldn't be more happier. Especially Maria, I'm rooting for his device too much. I wish it will have a iPhone-like interface and a more sophisticated and flashy design.
May most of our wishes come true.

I saw Nicole today. It was a strange colour combination, rather dull in my opinion.
I hope they release it with more colours.

hmmm. with time in the url and the box certainly sounds like another watch or something. crazy thought, a phone watch maybe? more bluetooth watches... This isnt Sofia. It is just a demonstration of how UIQ 3.1 operates and is incorporated in two of their documents on their site: product description and SDK datasheet. And these documents are dated 21st Feb 07. So there would be no way Sofia would be presented in documents before it is even released or even confirmed to have UIQ.

all i believe at this moment is that SE will provide us new things--maybe things we could hardly see so far as standard, which means they have some unique innovations for us
SE won't use UIQ in sofia for sure, UIQ cost more processing and battery in which if used to sofia will prevent the use of best-pic cause it will need faster CPU and at the same time higher capacity battery,thus increasing the retail price and preventing the phone to reach the phone-for-mass initiative. it(UIQ 3.1) could be incorporated in other series imho

watch. I doubt the GPS one though, because there still isn't a phone (SE phone) that supports GPS yet.
