Rumors: shaker phone by Sony Ericsson
An interesting rumor is floating in the Internet that soon we’ll see a new Sony Ericsson phone with a unique capability: the user can change the music track by shaking the phone. The source suggests that when you shake it forwards it goes to the next track and when you fling it back it goes to the previous one. For the random playback you have to shake it side to side.
There are no details which model it will be. According to the rumors, the shaker phone is an upcoming S-series phone or even the recently announced S500.
so what happens when you jog with the phone in your pocket?

Considering the mid-tier Nokia 6500 slide with VGA recoding is only going to cost €370 before taxes and subsidies, Sofia better do VGA recording as well.

Considering the 6500 classic only has QCIF recording I don't think se has to worry that much.
What we don't have to worry about though is worrying about an answer as that probably will come soon.

6500 classic is a reminiscent of SAMSUNG C100 in short some sort of copycating once again
, nokia based it's design to that phone to accomodate the sheer slimness, but bad thing is that it's longer and narrower than the perfectly constructed dimensions of W880. but i don't want to be bitter so i would say nokia has done better job than bringing the poorly constructed bulky slider N95

I agree, it has better and bigger display, hovewer keypad superiority is a matter of preference. W880s buttons are quite convenient to use whereas those on 6500 classic look a bit like the ones used in Moto V3, which are horrible, imho.

At first page, Shaliron has written that Sofia will have UIQ 3.1 or higher? Is this confirmed and 100% true? If yes then I believe that it worths waiting for. I have seen a review of Motorola Z8 (UIQ3.1) and the menu capabilities are fantastic. So if Sofia is going to have UIQ3.1 plus the 5 MP camera (and some other like good video recording and wifi) it will be a hit.
Let's cross our finger and wait for the official announcements or any fresh rumours...

I still can't understand why so much security...Only two possible reasond behind that:
1. Sofia is not yet finalized (specs etc)
2. Sofia is finalized but SE wants to beat NOKIA in terms of time versus announcements.

He also said the walkman version of the P1 will be announced as well. Now, for my estimation that sounds definitely like MOOI - the one phone I told you already about a few pages back, too.

So M One, will M00I be the P1i WITH walkman? Thus there being 2 versions, sooner or later, of the P1i? Or will M00I be the successor to the W950i? Totally different to the P1i?

No, it will look similar to W950i. But not with that flat keypad design.
