@shaliron
Thanks. Yes, I meant 2007.
With only a few days to go to 2007, Im already feel like it is 2007 now.

shaliron,
i thought the k810 wasnt going ahead??

Posted by goldenface
I'm looking forward to Bravia phones - how nice will they be. The good video playing capabilities + nice screens will make for some great devices.

3GSM will be massive in 2007.

Approximately 25 days after December 11 is what I meant. That's what he said. So around the 5th of January.

When you put it like that it doesnt seem far off lol.

5th Jan sounds good, can't wait for new models to be announced officially.

UPDATE:

Posted by PeterKay
Bring on Q1
Can't wait.

Posted by goldenface
The two high-end releases will have to be the Bravia phone and Sofia.

Sofia early January and Bravia at 3GSM in February.

Aaargh! I'm getting excited. (I'd better start sprucing up my W900i as it will be going on the market soon.)

@Shaliron

Don't you mean Maria and Elena?

Hello all,
I have some new inside information about one phone you do not know about yet called the C400i.
This is the only released picture of it.

Enjoy.
(NOTE: This is just a proto-type please wait for the proper one)

C400i??SE doesn't use red and green colour for call recieving and end buttons.And "quickshare" is long dead.

Posted by PeterKay
@SE-insider, any more pics or news?

Posted by goldenface
How come there are FFW and RWD buttons on the D-pad but no logo in the main menu?

Plus the UI is a K700i type - really old

It looks like a revamped K610i.

Except for Voda branded phones.

@786KBR

So it is based on the V630i.

@goldenface
Well that's what I thought when I saw it. Fake. SE never uses '4' in their product range (because in Chinese it is very unlucky) and 'C' will probably be used to replace the K series later (for Cybershot of course ).

The high quality photoshop almost had me fooled

So what happened to the d400 that took out the pics of the k800 on mobile-review.com?

This message was posted from a 3100b

@Wap123

That was just the platform and not the final model.

The AI is is W880i, it only has 3G.

Posted by T-mobile
I personally find the Ai (W880) extremely beautiful, with a high tech design. I can't say if the silver is nicer that the black one. We have to see more pictures from the side and back.
I think the little keys are nice, and shouldn't be hard to press because the look that they have a good spacing between them, at least from the pictures.
Really nice handsets, looking forward for the big announcements.
Thank you carlzeiss for the photos.

extremly stylish, this one is going to sell like hot cakes!

Posted by amawanqa
I like the brushed metal look of the silver one, but that black one with the additional orange accents (on the keypad) looks the absolute biz, IMHO.
The back looks really spartan though..there is a certain beauty in minimalistic at times; but I haven't warmed to this one yet...

Posted by B-M
It looks a bit like a ipod from above!

Posted by DeLa
That Ai looks like a flattened out k600i: same material, same placing of the screen (with the black frame around it) and the 'broken off' circular buttons around the center key. Might be nice in reality, usually those 'spypics' do no good to the phones.

Posted by fersantos20
Wow, ugly, but at least the menu looks nice, and on the photo from above, it has a "iPoddish" kind of look

Posted by Wishmaster89
carlzeiss, could you tell us what resolution does the Ai`s screen have?

Posted by scotsboyuk
176x220

Posted by EMS06
First time I saw the unclear or fuzzy pics of Ai I thought the phone was ugly. Now with these shots I still think the phone's ugly, really disappointing from the design perspective.

Posted by Wishmaster89
scotsboyuk, i think it is QVGA becasue i checked the aspect ratio of the screen from those pictures and according to that its more like 4:3 than 4:5 but my calculations may be wrong.

Thanks for the pics, not what i expected to be honest.

Posted by deuxani
Thanks for pics!! I like the looks of this phone, just too bad that the screen is so small.

Btw... look how small the icons are in the main menu..... that has to be QVGA.

Posted by wap123
UUUUUUGGGGGGLLLLLYYYYYYY oh and why is there an lg phone in the pics?

Posted by PeterKay
I think its just to compare the sizes! or it was just there at the time !!

The thinness is impressive and it is a first for

Posted by Superluminova
Thats got to be the worst design of a phone i have ever seen! do SE not know what style is? If your gonna try and compeat with moto and samsun your gonna have to better than that in the style dept!
