which phone backup software creates .MS files ?

hi all,

just found an old backup of my phone (after losing all the contacts after an upgrade) and need to restore it.

trouble is that i don't have the application i used to create the upgrade anymore.

i have found the upgrade file - it's an XML file with the .MS extension ? Can anyone point me in the right direction of which app i could use to restore this ?

phone is a k800 (and the joystick is already starting to break!!)
