K750 firmware rollback/downgrade

Is there a way to rollback/downgrade my firmware to the old r1CA021? and in my other phone i was about to update it but i didnt. is there a way to me update it to this selected firmware?

Not the official ways, i.e. at customer service centres and through online update services.
