Problem with Windows Mobile 5.0 on Samsung i730

Just upgraded my Samsung i730 to Windows Mobile 5.0, and I love it! I having trouble, however, with my calendar not syncing correctly with my PDA. I photograph weddings, and so I block off whole days for the weddings in my calendar. The crazy thing is, my Saturday weddings in Outlook are syncing to my PDA as Friday weddings. Same thing with Sunday weddings - Sunday to Saturday!!!

All the rest of my regualar 30 minute, 60 minute appointments througout the week are syncing fine, but the all-day weddings are not!
