What i wanted to do is put it in my K750i because it saves the picture instantly whereas the K750i takes a few seconds to save.

oh then your topic are confusing.. should read like this..
camdriver0.dat OF W810

well i guess they've been tweaking the W810 camdriver quite a while ago.. or maybe you can use the search facilities to get what you need.. Here's a link about Camdriver for K750/W800..

Well, I have the whole FS from W810i R4EA031.
Some files are already working in an W800
And what?

the_laser extracted the k800 cam driver

BTW, W810i R4EA031 camdriver0.dat has version 4.5 and begins with
string:

/ Clara camera driver setup file
//***************************************************

So, do you really need it?

If you don't mind that is.

I just want to test it on the K750i. Thanks.

Here you are: http://rapidshare.de/files/35[....]W810_R4EA031_settings.rar.html
It's the whole FS/ifs/settings folder

hi@bbsc
how did u extract the whole settings folder frm w810

Posted by max_wedge
sefstool2 and main2raw

Posted by bbsc
Wrong. Simply Setool.

Posted by max_wedge
I had a bin w810 fs, ripped to raw and extracted with sefstool. So it may not be as easy as setool (I don't use setool generally because I don't have service cable for my K750), but it works which I think means I'm not "wrong"

btw I wasn't trying to speak for you, just making my own suggestion...

max_wedge, I'm really sorry if I've offended you.
I had no raw FS, only the device.

Yes, anyone can write any files into W810 using Davinci client and their Dvtedit tool "at home". But it's not free
Setool also can do the job but, as you undestand, is quite expensive itself

Far Manager is a third party file manager, but it doesn't provide access to the file system itself. In our case, it's the SEFP plugin (programmed by darkmen) that allows FAR to mount the file system on cid36 phones (but of course not cid49 yet).

So it's a new version of SEFP that you want to look out for
