cannot send and receive mms

my 6260 cannot receive mms and send eventhough the set up has been alredy loaded.. i use smart.... anyone?

Is your message server in mms setting does have this sequence of IP address number http://10.102.61.238:8002 if you have this IP address on your mms settings, your can now send mms messages. for smart users only.
