FTP clients for cloak-and-dagger activities

Does anyone know of an FTP client available for Windows mobile devices (2003 specifically) that has an automatic upload feature? A configurable upload that can be scheduled, such as you would find in Autoftp, for example.

I would like to use this feature to periodically upload a KML file from the PPC to a server, to be linked and viewed in real time from a remote location via Google earth (among other more sinister but equally entertaining activities).
