I remember having the same problem, I rang them up, and they sent me a new 3G compatible sim card... That could be the problem, what phone we're you using beforehand?

its brand new contract just got it in m600i is their a way of telling by the sim number.

Do you know that you have 4 g in your area?

Also when did you get the contract. It can take up to 72 hours from the connection date to activate.

My other question is your phone you do have the correct settings on your phone to be able to connect to the internet?

not sure about 3g coverage settings should not mavke dlff lts sim card wil see if it comes on lf not new sim thought someone said by last 2 digits of sim
