how to transfer to pc using cables??

Sorry for my ignorance but is there a way to transfer ringtones, pictures, screensavers, voice recordings etc. back to the computer using a data cable, i know it can be done through ir or bluetooth but there is just no option with the cable HELLP!!

You can't do it with cable. Only with bluetooth or irda. You can also send files like attachement in e-mail message.
