GPRS connection not available

I am using Airtel Mobile Office GPRS ( Rs 250 per month) for a along time.
but this whole morning i am getting a message "GPRS connection not available" in my mobile while trying to connect to net.

i see..i still have the balance in my Mobile Rs 279.00 .

whats the problem ?

let me know is it the same situation other people are facing ?

please let me know whether Airtel mobile office GPRS is working today sept 17,2006 ?

it s working fine. I have noticed that this happens intermittently on Airtel. Usually, a reboot of the phone resolves this.

Hi whiz ....i am now in bangalore circle (roaming).

whats your circle ?

did you change any of your settings ?

I rebooted phone so many times ....but getting same error .

"GPRS Connection not available"
"GPRS not allowed"

but i already have 279.00 Rs in my balance......even i used this Mobile Office yesterday night too....but from this morning ,its not working .

i dont know whether its happening in bangalore only.

i am confused what to do now .

I'm in Maharashtra... from my 2.5 yrs of airtel gprs experience, i say that this is normal (atleast i my circle) u should be worried if this persists for more than a day.

still the same problem persists.....2 days over.

i contacted Airtel Customer care ......they told "keep trying ".
i am very much upset now.

is there any other mode of wireless internet connectivity i can think of to connect to my laptop ?

can anybody please tell me , how much is the current MOBILE OFFICE GPRS charge ?

my current balance is 279 Rs .

do i need to add more balance to get it working ?
