problem pairing HBH-PV700 with computer

is it possible to use the HBH-PV700 bt headset on skype? cause i cant seem to get the computer to detect my HBH-PV700 for pairing.. can someone help me plsss? =)

what bluetooth software are you using? it works perfectly with widcomm.
