The ups and down of the 0802

For about some years to be precise 3yrs they've been more than one telcom provider on this number in nigeria (0802) 1.Econet, 2.Vodacom, 3.Vmobile, 4.Celtel.
I must say that there is really something strange in that number that is making every provides fall either in shares or anything well they have to tell the truth.
