Dear Mr
I refer to your email of 23 Aug 2006.

We are sorry that we do not have a SMS for notification when a
registered customer is deceased.

However, the relative may want to call our 24 hours hotline at 1626 or
visit our Customer Service counter to inform of customer passwing away
and request for termination of service(s). Relative will need to
inform:
1) the representative name, contact number, relationship with the
deceased
2) the services under the deceased registered customer
3) the death certificate must be shown/fax -if calling 1626 hotline

If the relative/representative wants to transfer the service(s) under
the deceased customer's service, for transfer, he/she will have to
proceed to Hello!shops with the original death certificate and their
NRIC for transfer.

Please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 1626 or +65

from overseas (IDD payable), should you need further assistance on your
mobile needs. Alternatively, you may send us your feedback via the
