if you receive a call in the country of your sim card then you don't pay anything, only the caller pays.
if you receive a call in another country then the caller pays for the part of the call to your sim home country and you pay for the leg from your sim home country to where you are receiving the call.
in your example therefore, you don't pay anything

All along I thought that whoever calls . . . wherever it maybe . . the CALLER will automatically pay the TAB
